Cassandra Kendall, a native San Diegan, grew up with a family of entrepreneurial artists who motivated her to work in
the field of photography. Her father, a reputable inspiration in her art life, is a professional jazz musician and
painter who currently works and lives in Yosemite National Park. Her mother, a retired Professional Ballroom Dance
Teacher for Arthur Murray in New York, is also a great influence with Cassandra's artful career.
Having an expansive artistic background enabled Cassandra to study the arts throughout her life. Apart from her love of horses and other adventurous activities, painting and photography were among her favorite hobbies. Which eventually directed her to major in Photography and Painting at San Diego State University, California. Furthermore, she also became a Certified Massage Therapist with the School of Healing Arts, Pacific Beach, California, in order to explore the art of Holistic Healing. This experience sharpened her strong interpersonal skills and devotion to better serve the community.
For the past twelve years, Cassandra has worked as an award winning freelance photographer. Her travels through Europe and adventures through Patagonia are among the many beautiful regions of the world she has visited and photographed. Now, she is a full-time Photographer and part-time Videographer and Video-Editor for San Diego DJ & Video - www.SanDiegoDJ.biz. She is passionate about her work and loves to give her wedding clients fun and creative photography that’s heartfelt for a lifetime!
